Memorial Brick List
SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 15TH 2009 I had the pleasure of visiting the St.
Agatha grounds specifically to see the upgrades with the Bell Tower. As
Honorary Homekid Mary Lasalle and I drove up Duryea Lane there she was
in pristine white up on the hill by the former girls' cottages, her new
home. The following are the inscripted bricks, in descencing order from the
two steps of the Bell Tower, to the entrance of the path. Also, if you
purchased a brick and your name does not appear here, it is because the
project has not been completed as of this date. Maria Agosto.

NO MORE BRICKS ARE AVAILABLY FOR PURCHASE
MONEY WAS FUNDED BY THE NY FOUNDLING TO:
Remove the Bell Tower from the Villa area to Duryea Lane, its new home.
For a brick sidewalk,
approximately 44' long and 5'10"wide.
A concrete pad which the Bell Tower sits on.
Land-scaping not yet completed.
To restore the Bell itself.
To restore, power wash and paint the
Bell Tower
(work is still in progress.)
THANK YOU
One fabulous day the BELL and the BELL TOWER will once again be reunited, no longer orphaned or forgotten! NONE of this would have been possible if not for the dedication, hard work and persistence of the St. Agatha Alumni Committee and others. Names of this special group will be gathered and posted in the near future since I dare not leave anyone out.
THANK YOU also to all that participated by buying a brick.
